Invoices: ALL Invoices are sent through the confirmation emails in your inbox or through a physical invoice in the package.
Return Information
Our Return and Exchange Policy Implies to ALL products sold. So please read carefully before making your purchase.
Once a order is made it can not be canceled. If you would like to return a item you were not satisfied with or didn’t fit properly please ship it to: . Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date stated on the tracking information.
All Returned Items MUST HAVE:
- Original Tags
- Original Packaging
- No Damage or Breakage
- Contain No Stains
- Must Be Odorless
- & in the Original Conditions
Treasures Est. will ONLY accept returns if the item(s) is eligible to be resold.
Items that can NOT be returned, exchanged, or refunded are:
- Makeup & Beauty Tools
- Accessories
- Swimwear
- Bodysuits
- Lingerie/Intimates
- ALLWHITE items, Safety Wristlets, and CLEARANCE items are Final Sale.
ALL items that are NOT listed above as (Items that can NOT be returned) and were purchased with a discount code are eligible to be returned.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT ALL RETURNED ITEMS ARE INSPECTED THOROUGHLY. TREASURES EST. WILL NOT ACCEPT: USED, DAMAGED, OR STAINED ITEMS.
NO EXCEPTIONS.
In order for us to process your return item(s) please include: the invoice of your order in the package.
If an item is missing, arrives damaged, or with a defect please email us as soon as your packages arrives. You'll have 3 days after the delivery date to make your claim for it to be processed. The claim can be made to: treasuresest@gmail.com with images attached. Treasures Est. will review your claim between 1-3 Business days. If the claim was approved we will process your order accordingly.
Treasures Est. is not responsible for: Return Labels, Return Shipping Fees and Lost or Stolen Returned Items. These costs and fees are to be made by the customer. If an item is being returned we do ask that you please provide us with returned tracking number information to ensure the Return was in fact made.
Treasures Est. does NOT hold sizes/item(s) for returns. Treasures Est. will not guarantee the desired size or item of the return will be available upon the returns arrival.
Once your return/claim has been approved we will automatically refund/exchange your order.
REFUNDS MAY TAKE UP 2-10 BUSINESS DAYS TO ARRIVE TO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT
